Eid advance bus ticket sale begins

The sale of advance bus tickets on the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr started from today (March 22).

According to the decision of Bangladesh Bus-Truck Owners Association, advance tickets are available at all inter-district bus counters since morning. At the same time, passengers can collect advance tickets online.

Shubhankar Ghosh Rakesh, joint general secretary of Bus-Truck Owners Association and managing director of Shyamoli NR Travels, said that monitoring team will work at ticket counters so that passengers can buy advance tickets smoothly.

Eid-ul-Fitr, the biggest religious festival of Muslims, is expected to be celebrated on 10 or 11 April, depending on the sighting of the moon.
