Sale of Eid advance train tickets begins Sunday

Bangladesh Railway will start the advance sale of train tickets for the upcoming Eid-ul-Fitr from tomorrow, Sunday (March 24).

The sale of train tickets will begin at 8 am on the day through the website of Bangladesh Railway and mobile app.

This year, all tickets will be available online.

The sale will continue till March 31. The train tickets for April 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9 will be available on March 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29 and 30 respectively.

This is the first time that tickets will be sold region wise in two shifts. Tickets for western region-bound trains will go on sale from 8:00am while sale of tickets for East-bound trains will begin from 2:00pm.

The sale of return train tickets for April 13 will begin from April 3.
