Cases filed against ex-MP Bablu, his wife

Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) has filed separate two cases against ex-MP for Bagura -7 (Gabtali-Shahjahanpur) constituency Rezaul Karim Bablu and his wife Beauty Khatun for amassing illegal wealth.

Md Jahangir Alam, ACC deputy director for Bogura office, filed the case on Monday.

According to the case statements, Beauty Khatun amassed illegal wealth worth Tk 1,05,10,293 and Rezaul Karim Bablu amassed illegal wealth worth Tk 75,29,478.
