BTEB chief computer expert held

The Detective Branch (DB) of Dhaka Metropolitan Police in a drive arrested Shamsuzzaman, chief computer expert of the Bangladesh Technical Education Board (BTEB), for allegedly making a large number of fake certificates. 

Shamsuzzaman was arrested from his residence in Agargaon of the capital on Sunday (March 31).

A statement issued from the DMP media wing around 11 am on Monday (April 1) confirmed the information.

According to DB sources, a huge cache of fake certificates and certificate making equipment were recovered during the raid.
