BSF returns body of Bangladeshi man after 2 days of killing

India's Border Security Force (BSF) has returned the body of a Bangladeshi national they shot dead along Rokonpur border in Chapainabganj.
They handed over the body to Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) on Thursday night (April 4).
The deceased was identified as Saiful Islam, 32, a resident of Chapainawabganj district.
BGB-16 Battalion Rokonpur company commander Azad Rahman said that they received the body from the BSF after a flag meeting on company commander level between the countries' frontier forces.
Police personnel and local representatives from both countries were present during the handing over of the body.
Earlier on Tuesday night (April 2), the victim Saiful was shot dead by BSF members at Rokonpur border area under Gomastapur upazila.
