Metro rail to remain closed for 2 days during Eid

Metro rail service will remain suspended for straight two days during Eid-ul-Fitr, one of the greatest religious festivals for Muslims.

Dhaka Mass Transit Company Ltd (DMTCL) Public Relations officer Nazmul Hossain said, “Metro rail service will remain suspended for straight two days—Thursday (Eid day) and Friday (weekly holiday). After suspension, the service will be restored and will follow the previous schedule.”
