45 police inspectors promoted to ASP

A total of 45 police inspectors have been promoted to the posts of assistant police superintendent (ASP).

The Security Division of the Home Ministry issued a notification in this regard, signed by Senior Assistant Secretary Md Mahabur Rahman Sheikh.

According to the notification, the promoted police officers include 22 inspectors (unarmed), 19 inspectors (armed) and 4 inspectors (city and vehicle).
