BNP leader Alal seeks unconditional apology

BNP Joint Secretary General Moazzem Hossain Alal has sought unconditional apology to the High Court for his derogatory remarks on the judiciary.

The High Court bench of Justice Md Iqbal Kabir and Justice Md Aktaruzzaman passed the order on Tuesday (May 14).

In the written statement, Alal said he will remain aware of delivering speech in the future. The court will pass an order a week later in this regard.

Earlier on April 19, the High Court summoned BNP leader Alal to appear before the court in person on May 14 for his explanations over the derogatory remarks on the judiciary.
