`Rafsan The ChotoBhai` secures bail

Content creator ‘Rafsan The ChotoBhai’ secured eight week interim bail from the High Court in a case accusing him of marketing his unauthorised electrolyte drink ‘BLU’.

The HC bench comprising Justice Abu Taher Md. Saifur Rahman and Justice Md. Bashir Ullah passed the order on Wednesday (June 26).

Senior lawyer Shah Manzurul Haque and Barrister M Harunur Rashid moved for the petitioner during the hearing.

Earlier on June, 13, Judge Alaul Akbar of the Pure Food Court in Dhaka ordered the arrest warrant against Iftekhar Rafsan.
