‘All quotas without for women, persons with disabilities should be cancelled’

Opposition Leader and Jatiya Party Chairman GM Quader has said that all quotas in the government jobs without for women and persons with disabilities should be cancelled. But it should be kept in a limited scale.

GM Quader made the remark while talking to journalists at his Rangpur city residence on Thursday (July 11).

He said 90 percent people in the country do not want quota system in the government jobs.

Opposing freedom fighter’s quota in jobs, the JP chairman said that making the freedom fighters’ quota permanent to a large extent destroys the main purpose of the spirit of independence.
