Writ seeks judicial inquiry into PSC question leak

A writ petition has been filed with the Supreme Court seeking a judicial inquiry into the PSC question leak issue.

Arifur Rahman Murad Bhuiyan, executive director of a private organization named SARDA Society filed the writ petition on Thursday (July 11).

The hearing on the writ petition is scheduled to hold at the HC bench of Justice KM Kamrul Quader and Justice Khizir Hayat on Sunday (July 14).

PSC Chairman, Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) Chairman and Railway Secretary have been made defendants in the writ.
