Violent clash in Shahidullah Hall area 

A violent clash took place between protesters demanding quota reform and Chhatra League leaders and activists in the Dr Muhammad Shahidullah Hall area of the Dhaka University on Monday afternoon.

The clash started at around 5:15pm. Both parties threw huge brickbats. Two cocktails were exploded at that time.
Many students were injured in the clash.

Clashes also took place in Dhaka Medical College Hospital, Sheikh Hasina National Burn and Plastic Surgery Institute areas. 

So far, 220 injured students were taken to Dhaka Medical College Hospital for treatment.
