Appellate Division`s hearing on quota on Sunday

The Appellate Division of the Supreme Court will hold a hearing on Sunday on a High Court verdict that declared the decision of cancelling quota system in the public service, illegal.

The chamber judge of the Appellate Division set the date on Thursday.  

Justice M Enayetur Rahim of the Special Chamber Court, accepted the petition for hearing on Thursday evening.

A full bench of the Appellate Division will hear the matter on that day.
