No situation to reopen educational institutions: Minister

Education Minister Mohibul Hassan Chowdhoury has said there is no situation to reopen educational institutions in the country.

The minister said this while talking to journalists at the ministry’s conference room on Monday after a meeting with a delegation of public university teachers on the ‘Prottoy’ pension scheme.

When asked if any discussion was held in the cabinet meeting on the opening of primary schools, the minister refused to make any comment over the issue.
