HSC, equivalent exams postponed till August 10

The Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) and equivalent examinations have been postponed till August 10 due to the situation centering the quota reform movement.

The exams will be held as per a new schedule from August 11.

Dhaka Education Board Chairman Professor Tapan Kumar Sarkar told the media on Thursday (August 1).

Earlier, the HSC and equivalent exams of all the education boards were postponed several times. The exams were first postponed on July 18, then the exams of 21, 23 and 25 were postponed. 

Then, the exams of July 28 to August 1 were postponed and the exams were supposed to resume from August 4.

But according to the new schedule, the exams will be taken from August 11.
