Palak detained at Dhaka airport

Former state minister for posts, telecommunications, and information technology Zunaid Ahmed Palak was detained at the Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport while attempting to flee the country.

Sources said that Palak was seen waiting at VIP launch at the airport. Meanwhile, the airport officials stopped him. Later, Airforce officials detained him.

Airport sources said that Palak went to the airport to fly to New Delhi, the capital of India.

Earlier on Monday (August 5), Zunaid Ahmed Palak’s personal assistant told media that he could not contacted him after Sunday night (August 4).
