RMG factories to be reopened Wednesday

The ready-made garment (RMG) factories will be reopened on Wednesday (August 7).

Bangladesh Garment Manufacturers and Exporters Association (BGMEA) took the decision in an emergency meeting on Tuesday (August 6).

BGMEA Director Md Mohiuddin Rubel said BGMEA asked the owners of ready-made garment factories to reopen their factories.

Earlier, considering the overall situation in Bangladesh, all ready-made garment factories were declared shut.
