Asaduzzaman made new Attorney General

President Mohammed Shahabuddin has appointed Supreme Court’s senior lawyer Md Asaduzzaman as the new Attorney General.

A gazette notification signed by Law Secretary Md Golam Sarwar was issued to this effect on Thursday.

The post of Attorney General fell vacant after AM Amin Uddin resigned on Wednesday.
