Dhaka Medical College bans student politics

Dhaka Medical College (DMC) administration has banned all forms of student politics on the campus.

A meeting of the college’s academic council took the decision on Saturday.

A notification signed by DMC Principal Prof Md Shafiqul Alam Chowdhury was also issued.

According to the decision, all forms of student politics (Chhatra League, Chhatra Dal, Chhatra Shibir and any other newly-formed student organisations) are permanently banned on DMC campus, Shaheed Dr Fazle Rabbi Residential Hall and Shaheed Dr Alim Chowdhury Women  Hostel.
