Trial proceedings to run at HC, 8 benches formed

The trial proceedings of the Supreme Court (SC) are set to start from today, Monday (August 12).

Chief Justice Syed Refaat Ahmed has formed eight benches of the High Court (HC) to conduct the trial proceedings.

On Sunday (August 11) afternoon, the Chief Justice provided instructions in a notice published on the website of the Supreme Court.

According to the instructions of the Chief Justice, eight benches of the High Court will sit from 10:30 am on Monday (August 12) to conduct the trial proceedings of the High Court Division on a limited scale.
