Police seek remand for Palak, Tuku and Saikat

Police sought remand for former deputy speaker Shamsul Haque Tuku, former state minister for ICT Zunaid Ahmed Palak and Dhaka University Chhatra League general secretary Tanvir Hasan Saikat.

The hearing in the remand plea will be held at the court of Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Rashidul Alam on Thursday (August 15).

Earlier on August 14, police arrested them from the Nikunja residential area in the capital.

These three individuals were detained in relation to a case filed at Paltan Police Station.
