Ministry seeks info regarding FF quota recruitment

Ministry of Liberation War Affairs has sought complete information from other ministries regarding the manpower appointed under freedom fighters the quota in third and fourth class positions in government jobs.
A letter was sent from the Ministry of Liberation War Affairs on Thursday (August 15) to the secretaries, senior secretaries of the ministries and departments in this regard.
In the letter, a chart has been given to the Ministries to send the information about the manpower recruited under the Freedom Fighter quota.
Name of candidate, appointed post and class as per the chart; Name and full address of father, whose freedom fighter quota was used to get the job, freedom fighter certificate, gazette number and date of appointment should be given.
Centering anti-discrimination student movement, Sheikh Hasina resigned from the post of Prime Minister and left the country on August 5. The cabinet was dissolved that day. Later, the interim government took oath on August 8.
Freedom fighter Farooq-e-Azam Bir Pratik was given the charge of the adviser to the Ministry for Liberation War Affairs.
