Govt to bear medical expenses for those injured in student movement

The government has issued a directive requesting private medical college hospitals, private hospitals, and clinics to refrain from charging those students and civilians injured during the recent Anti-Discrimination Student Movement.
The directive was given in a notification of the Health Services Division of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare on Saturday (August 17).
It is also specified in the notification that free treatment will be provided at government hospitals.
