AB party gets EC registration

Amar Bangladesh Party (AB Party) has been registered as a political party with the Election Commission.

The commission issued a gazette notification on Wednesday as per the Representation of the People Order-1972 following an order of the High Court.

The electoral symbol of AB Party is the Eagle, said the EC gazette notification.

Earlier on August 19, the HC ordered the Election Commission to register AB Party as a political party.
