China donates $20,000 to Chief Adviser’s relief fund

China donated $20,000 to the relief fund of Chief Adviser Dr Yunus for flood victims yesterday (August 25).

Chinese Ambassador Yao Wen handed over the relief fund after meeting Yunus at state guest house Jamuna.

Meanwhile, the ambassador welcomed the formation of the interim government and congratulated the chief adviser.

He said, “China will support the interim government to build a democratic and prosperous Bangladesh.”
