BSMMU gets new VC

Professor Dr. Sayedur Rahman, Chairman of the Department of Pharmacology, has been appointed as the new Vice-Chancellor (VC) of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU).

The Health Education and Family Welfare Division of the Ministry of Health issued a notification regarding his appointment on Tuesday (August 27).

Sayedur Rahman is replacing the outgoing Vice-Chancellor Prof Deen Md Nurul Haque.
