Saifuddin Ahmed new DU proctor

Saifuddin Ahmed, an associate professor in the Department of Peace and Conflict Studies at Dhaka University, has been appointed as the new proctor of the university.

A notification was issued by the university's registrar office in this regard on Wednesday (August 28).

After the fall of the Awami League government the proctorial team resigned from their post on August 9.

Since then, the positions of proctor and assistant proctors had remained vacant.
