New energy price to be announced Sept 1

Energy and Mineral Resources Adviser Muhammad Fouzul Kabir Khan has said that new energy price will be announced on September 1. 

The adviser said this while exchanging views with officials and employees of all departments under his ministry at Petrobangla Habibur Rahman auditorium on Wednesday.

He urged all concerned to work ceaselessly for fulfilling the expectations of people for the greater national interest.

The adviser, however, said that the issue would be under active consideration of the government, so that no secretary would become chair of any company under his jurisdiction.
