Flood victims to be rehabilitated: Adviser

Adviser to the Ministry of Disaster Management and Relief Affairs Freedom Fighter Farooq-e-Azam has said flood-affected people will be rehabilitated.

The adviser said this while exchanging views on flood situation at Chattogram Circuit House  on Saturday (August 31).

“I called today's meeting with the field level officials to know the flood and post-flood situations. They have shared their experiences with us in this meeting. I have got an idea of the rehabilitation program. Flood victims will be rehabilitated through due process. Relief operations are still ongoing. We will start the rehabilitation program after the flood water recedes completely”, he said.
