Information adviser asks BTV to act as people’s media

Information and Broadcasting Adviser Nahid Islam has urged Bangladesh Television (BTV) to work as the people’s media. 

He made this call to the officials of the institution while visiting the BTV station at Rampura on Wednesday (September 4). 

The information adviser said, there is no need to please the government. Work independently for the people. BTV should be people friendly.

He said, BTV should follow the true principles of media.
