Anisul, Mamun shown arrested in murder case

Former law minister Anisul Huq and former IGP Abdullah Al Mamun were shown arrested in separate murder cases filed with the city's Khilgaon and Uttara West police stations.

The court of Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Md Nurul Huda Chowdhury passed the order around 8:30 am on Monday (September 23).

Earlier, on August, a murder case was filed with Khilgaon police station over the killing of Hafez Mohammad Jubayer Ahmed.

Another murder case with lodged with Uttara West police station for killing Hafez Maulana Sadiqul Islam on July 19.
