What says Jaishankar after meeting with Foreign Adviser

Foreign Adviser Md Touhid Hossain and Indian External Affairs Minister Dr S Jaishankar held a meeting on the sidelines of 79th United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) in New York on Monday.

They discussed issues of mutual interest between the two countries.

“Had a meeting with Foreign Affairs Adviser Md. Touhid Hossain of Bangladesh in New York this evening. The conversation focused on our bilateral ties,” Jaishankar said in his X handle after the meeting as well.

The foreign adviser is part of the Bangladesh delegation led by Chief Adviser Prof Muhammad Yunus at the 79th UNGA.
