Ex-Home Ministry secretary Jahangir Alam arrested

A team of Detective Branch (DB) of Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) has arrested Md Jahangir Alam, senior secretary of the Public Security Division under the Home Ministry, from Gulshan area in the capital.

Muhammad Talebur Rahman, deputy commissioner (DC) (media and publication) of the DMP, confirmed the news to media on Tuesday (October 1) morning.
