Travel ban issued on 13 S Alam family members

A Dhaka court has imposed a travel ban on 13 members of S Alam Group Chairman Mohammed Saiful Alam.

Dhaka Metropolitan Court’s senior special judge Mohammad As-Shams Jaglul Hossain passed the order on Monday (October 7) following a petition of the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC).

The travel ban has been issued on Saiful Alam’s wife Farzana Parveen and their two sons Ahsanul Alam and Ashraful Alam, Saiful Alam’s brothers Mohammad Abdullah Hasan, Osman Gani, Abdus Samad, Rashedul Alam, Sahidul Alam, and Morshedul Alam, Abdus Samad’s wife Shahana Ferdous, Osman Gani’s wife Farzana Begum and an unknown figure Miskat Ahmed.
