PSC chairman, all members resign

The Bangladesh Public Service Commission chairman Sohrab Hossain and its all members have resigned from their respective posts.

All of them reigned on Tuesday afternoon (October 8), said PSC public relations officer SM Matiur Rahman said.

The members include former senior secretary Faiz Ahmed, former secretary EN Siddika Khanam, former professor of the National Institute of Neurosciences and Hospital Dr Uttam Kumar Saha, Zahidur Rashid, Prof Mubina Khondokar, Prof Delwar Hossain, KM Ali Azam, Md Khalilur Rahman, Prof Syed Md Golam Faruk, Md Maksudur Rahman Patwari, Mosammat Nazmanara Khanum, and Prof Pradeep Kumar Pandey.

However, as of 5pm, three PSC members yet to submit their resignations. They are - Helal Uddin Ahmed, O N Siddiqa Khanam, and Mohammad Shafiqul Islam.
