Govt to provide broadband connection in all primary schools

The government took initiatives to provide optical fiber broadband internet connection to all the state-run primary schools across the country.

A total of 36 internet service providers (ISP) will provide the internet connection.

Mohiuddin Ahmed Talukder, director at the Directorate of Primary Education revealed the information on Wednesday (October 9).

A project titled ‘Establishing Digital Connectivity (EDC)’ will implement the decision under the authority of the Directorate of Information and Communication Technology.
