LDP places 23 proposals to interim govt

Liberal Democratic Party (LDP) held a meeting with the advisers council led by Chief Adviser Professor Muhammad Yunus at the State Guest House Jamuna on Saturday afternoon.

The meeting started at 3:00 pm.

Liberal Democratic Party President Col (Retd) Oli Ahmed said they placed a total of 23 proposals to the interim government.

Oli Ahmed demanded a free and fair election and taking steps to address the issues of price hike of essentials.

He also demanded of the interim government to bring the officials who were staunch supporters of former Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina to book.
