First flight of Bangladeshis from Lebanon to arrive Monday

The first flight of Bangladeshi expatriates from Lebanon will arrive Dhaka via Jeddah on Monday (October 21).

Bangladeshi embassy in Beirut in a notification said this on Saturday night. However, the flight time may change due to the situation, the embassy said.

In the first flight, a total of 54 Bangladeshi expatriates will return home from Lebanon as part of the government's repatriation initiative amid the ongoing conflict between Israel and Hezbollah.

The expatriates will transit through Jeddah before arriving in Dhaka on Monday at 6:00 pm Bangladesh time.
