252 cadet SIs discharged from Sarda Police Academy

A total of 252 cadet Sub-Inspectors (SI) have been discharged from their posts for allegedly breaking discipline during training at Bangladesh Police Academy in Sardah, Rajshahi.

Enamul Haque Sagar, Assistant Inspector General (Media and Public Relations) at Police Headquarters confirmed the matter on Tuesday (October 22).

According to him, 252 SI cadets trained at Sarada Police Academy have been dismissed on charge of violating code of conduct.

The training for the cadet SIs started on November 11, 2023 and was supposed to end on November 4 this year, he added.
