Age limit for entry to govt jobs now 32yrs

The age limit for government jobs has been approved at 32 years.

This decision was taken at the Advisory Council meeting on Thursday (October 24).

According to the statement, In the case of autonomous, semi-autonomous organizations, statutory government authorities, public non-financial corporations, and other self-governing bodies, recruitment will take place according to their respective recruitment rules subject to necessary adaptations.

The government has given both policy and final approval to the draft ordinance titled "Maximum Age Limit for Direct Recruitment to Government Jobs, 2024."
