Six of a family burnt in Narayanganj fire

Six family members suffered burn injuries from a fire caused by gas line leakage in Narayanganj's Rupganj on Friday night (October 25).

The victims are – Md Babul, 47, Seli, 36, Sohel, 22, Munni, 20, Ismail, 16, and Taslima, 13.

The accident took place around 10:30 pm. Later, the injured were taken to Sheikh Hasina Burn and Plastic Surgery Institute around 12:00am.

Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH) police outpost Inspector Md Faruk confirmed the matter.

Tariqul Islam, residential doctor of the hospital said all the injured were kept at ICU. All of them are in critical condition.
