Rezanur Rahman made DG of Islamic Foundation 

Md Rezanur Rahman, Additional Secretary of the Ministry of Power, has been appointed as the new Director General (DG) of the Islamic Foundation.

The Ministry of Public Administration issued a notification in this regard on Wednesday night (November 6).

Rezanur Rahman will replace outgoing Director General Dr Muhammad Barishul Alam.

He joined admin cadre in 1998 after passing the 17th batch of BCS. After that, he served as assistant commissioner and executive magistrate in different districts, assistant commissioner (land) and upazila executive officer in upazilas, and as deputy secretary and joint secretary in various ministries and departments.
