2 newborns found dead in Jatrabari

Police have recovered bodies of two newborn babies from separate locations in Sayedabad, Jatrabari, Dhaka.

The babies are estimated to be about one day old.

Sub-Inspector (SI) Md Fakhrul Hasan Faruq of Jatrabari police station, said body of a newborn, wrapped in a white cloth, was recovered on Tuesday from under the Mayor Hanif flyover.

Besides, another body was found in a dustbin in Kalapatti of Jatrabari yesterday night, said Jatrabari police station’s Sub-Inspector (SI) Ifad Ahmed.
