Conspiracies still on, all urged to be alert: Tarique 

Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) Acting Chairman Tarique Rahman has urged all to be alert as conspiracies are still on. 

He made the call while addressing virtually a Sylhet divisional workshop on “31 points for repairing state structure and public engagement” on Tuesday.

He said though the dictator has fled the country, her allies are still hatching conspiracy.

“If we can keep continued the democratic process, we can take the country forward and to keep the people safe,” he said.

Tarique Rahman said the path of democracy in Bangladesh has been affected in various ways. In the past 16 years, many people have been victims of enforced disappearance and murders; he said adding more than 1,500 people were martyred in the mass-uprising of July-August.

Tarique Rahman said 31-point state reform proposal were declared on behalf of all the parties involved in struggle to restore democracy in the country.
