Anisul, Qamrul, Feroz, Solaiman placed on fresh remand

A Dhaka court has placed former law minister Anisul Huq, former food minister Qamrul Islam, Ex-chief whip ASM Feroz, and former Dhaka-7 MP Solaiman Selim on fresh remand in murder cases.
Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Belal Hossain passed the order on Wednesday (November 27).
Earlier, investigation officers produced the accused before the court seeking remand order.
Sources from court said the court granted three-day remand to former Law Minister Anisul Haque in the Jannatul Ferdous murder case filed at the capital's Jatrabari Police Station, three-day remand to former Food Minister Advocate Qamrul Islam in the murder case of college student Khalid Hasan Saifullah in Lalbagh's Azimpur area, four-day remand to former MP from Dhaka-7 constituency Solaiman Selim, son of Haji Selim, and two days remand to former whip ASM Firoz in the Saidur Rahman Imran murder case at the Jatrabari Police Station.
