No gas in parts of Dhaka for 12 hours on Friday 

Gas supply will be suspended for 12 hours starting Friday evening in several parts of the country due to urgent renovation work on gas transmission pipelines.

Titas Gas authorities issued a notification in this regard on Thursday (November 28).

The disruption will occur from 6pm Friday to 6am Saturday, during which customers in Titas Gas franchise areas, including Manikganj, Dhamrai, Nabinagar, Savar, Ashulia, and nearby regions, may experience significantly reduced gas pressure.

In some areas, the gas supply could drop to zero.

Titas Gas authorities apologized for the inconvenience, said the statement.
