Foreign ministry summons Indian high commissioner

The foreign affairs ministry of Bangladesh has summoned Indian High Commissioner Pranay Verma.

The high commissioner was summoned on Tuesday (December 3).

Pranay Verma entered the ministry at around 4:00pm to hold a meeting with acting Foreign Secretary Reaz Hamidullah.

The Bangladesh Assistant High Commission in Agartala came under attack on Monday.
