No gas supply for 10 hours in several parts of Dhaka

Gas supply will remain suspended in Ashulia and adjoining areas in Dhaka for 10 hours on Wednesday (December 11).
The reason has been mentioned as emergency relocation of gas pipeline to facilitate the Dhaka-Ashulia Elevated Expressway project.
The gas supply will remain off between 10:00am to 8:00pm.
According to Titas Gas Transmission and Distribution PLC, the gas supply to all categories of customers from Jirabo to Bishmail Road and 4" × 50 PSIG distribution line of Bhadail and its surrounding areas will be suspended.
Besides, gas supply to residential customers in Jirabo, Kathgarh, Rangamatia and its surrounding areas will remain off.
The Titas Gas authority regretted the inconvenience of its customers for the disruption in gas supply.
