Foreign Adviser to attend meeting on Myanmar issue

Foreign Adviser Md. Touhid Hossain is going to Bangkok on Wednesday (December 18) to attend a meeting on present Myanmar situation.
The Thailand government is organizing an emergency meeting of foreign ministers of six countries on December 19, said sources in the foreign ministry.
The meeting will review the situation in Myanmar and discuss the steps of bordering countries.
In addition to Bangladesh, Myanmar, India, China, Laos and Cambodia have been invited to attend the meeting, to be held in Bangkok.
The foreign affairs adviser will return to Dhaka next Friday (December 20).
