ACC starts inquiry against Hasina family members 

The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) has launched an inquiry against family members of ousted Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.

The accused allegedly acquired six 10-katha plots illegally on Road No-203 under Sector-27 at the Diplomatic Zone in Purbachal New City Project with the help of Rajuk high-ups.

The accused are Sheikh Hasina, her son Sajeed Wazed Joy and daughter Saima Wazed Putul, her sister Sheikh Rehana, Rehana's son Radwan Mujib Siddiq and daughter Azmina Siddique.

ACC Director General (DG) Md Akhtar Hossain confirmed the matter to journalists on Thursday (26 December).
